Funding details are issued to you inside your account, never published here and never sent to you unprompted. Here is how the process works before you get there.
Your funding details come with your account
Once your account is open and verified, the methods available to you, the currencies you can fund in, the limits that apply and the exact payment details are all issued inside your client portal. They are specific to your account, so they are not published on this website and cannot be given out in advance.
Every deposit and withdrawal is requested from inside the portal, after you have signed in. That is the only place funding instructions come from.
We will never send you banking details
Kent Investments Ltd will not email, message or call you with payment details, and will never ask you to send funds to an account given to you that way. If you receive banking details claiming to be ours, do not use them — sign in to the portal and check there, or contact us at support@kentmarkets.com.
Withdrawals return the way they came
Funds are returned to their source — a card deposit refunded to that card, a bank transfer back to the originating account. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement rather than a preference, and it is why the name on the payment method has to match the name on the trading account. A withdrawal to a third party is not something any regulated broker can process.
Two clocks, not one
Processing time is how long we take to review and release a withdrawal. Settlement time is how long the payment network or your bank then takes to make the money available to you — often the longer of the two, and outside any broker's control. Card refunds and international bank transfers are usually the slowest to land.
Verification comes first
Identity and address verification has to be complete before a withdrawal can be released. Completing it when you open the account, rather than at the point you first want your money back, is the single thing that most often decides whether a withdrawal takes hours or days.
